Every user is verified, every parcel is handed over with a code, every trip is tracked.

Identity verification, driving licence and vehicle documents. For delivery by traveller, a ticket or trip details are also checked where needed.

Pickup confirmation, an OTP or QR code, recipient confirmation and a proof-of-delivery record.

Weapons, explosive and flammable substances, narcotics, perishable and unlawful items are not accepted. The full list is on the legal page.

The in-app emergency button sends your location to the support service. Support runs on Telegram, phone and chat.
